Floyd Trotman is an accomplished and highly demanded educator in the Project Management industry. As one of the few individuals that have mastered every version of the PMI’s PMBOK® Guide, Floyd has personally trained thousands of professionals across the country with nearly a 100% pass rate.
During his corporate career, Floyd proved to be a highly effective business leader by demonstrating the ability to exceed business and project management objectives for major corporations such as IBM, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, and InterContinental Hotels Group. With nearly 20 years of experience, Floyd has managed projects throughout North America, in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. As a certified PMP since 1996, Floyd leverages his corporate success by filtering his expertise, effectiveness, and enthusiasm to create a dynamic classroom experience.
Mr. Trotman earned two masters degrees from the Katz Graduate School of Business, at the University of Pittsburgh:
1. MBA (with a focus on International Business and Finance)
2. MS/MoIS (Management of Information Systems)
He also earned project management certifications from IBM (1999), George Washington University (2000) and an e-business certification from Georgia Tech (2002).
